I am back living in the Hampton Roads area again. Back in Portsmouth actually. I hope to get back into creating work again soon. I’m still trying to get a job and all my stuff is storage aside from a few small items. Here are is a few images of what I’ve been working on recently. More posts with updates to come soon!
Hello everyone! I’m sorry it has taken me a while to upload these photos from my RAW debut. Please enjoy these photos from my show and watch my interview video. I’m finally on the YouTubes! Haha. The show was great fun and I sold 4 pieces. I’m next series of work is going to be bigger and better. Now the only question is which RAW city do I showcase in next?
I have been selected as a RAW:natural born artist! My work will be featured in an upcoming local art showcase.
The PIXELS showcase I am a part of will be on January 30th, from 8:00 pm – 12:00 am, at the Hippodrome, 528 North 2nd Street. This is a local event in Richmond, VA. There will be plenty of other artist attending this event as well. Please come out and support local art!
You can preorder your tickets for $15 (they will be $20 at the door) through this link and please remember to select my name when ordering your ticket so that you’ll be included on my guest list.
The artwork features Miles also known as BatKid who saved the day in Gotham yesterday! Help BatKid help other victims fight the blood cancer disease Leukemia! 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) fund.
The drawing is colored with Copic Markers on 8″x10″ Bristol board paper. The work is not matted and not framed. The artwork will be sent with a dust free sleeve.
This is a piece I created for the first online-only exhibition I’ve participated in with the show being completely on instagram. My piece is a collage style drawing that I made digitally with my Wacom drawing tablet. I included somethings that I thought would be the most recognizable by generation Y. You start with the early years with Apple, the Gameboy, Pokemon and the New Care Bears; and then into the modern day methods of communication, most popular drink and some wayfarers, which are the most popular style of frames worn by generation Y.
Here is the place to check out the exhibition on instagram @ this_is_generation_y
Here is another skull study, this time a human one. I have a replica that is pretty good. You can find it along with other studies on my ebay account.
Skull Tees are available at Kitsch. They have limited sizes and designs left, so get them before they are gone!
I thought I would post some recent work that I’ve been doing. I am currently open for commissions and freelance work. Anyway, here is some recent studies I’ve done and I have an ebay account I am updating with sketches I’ve done and a commission!
